We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing functional, safe and aesthetically pleasing buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients and other professionals to understand their needs and goals, and develop detailed plans and drawings accordingly. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong creative skills, advanced knowledge of architectural design software, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, with the option for accommodation if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision
- Develop detailed plans and drawings using architectural design software
- Create functional, safe and aesthetically pleasing designs for buildings and structures
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Advanced proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong creative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and professionals from different backgrounds
- Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Previous experience working on projects in Beer-Sheva or Israel
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Hebrew
