Front Desk Receptionist

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor at the front desk of our busy hotel in Al-Rayyan. As the first point of contact for our guests, your excellent communication skills and organizational abilities will be key to ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Duties will include managing reservations, answering phone calls and emails, handling guest inquiries and requests, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist or customer service experience, be fluent in English, and have a professional appearance and attitude. Applicants from Egypt or Nepal with good English skills are encouraged to apply. Salary is 1500$ per month.
