Job Title: Architecture Manager - Jerusalem, Israel


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects in Jerusalem. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your main responsibilities will include developing project plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of architectural principles. This is a contract position without accommodation requirements open to all professionals from Nepal or Kenya with no prior experience necessary.

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1500 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in architecture or construction management preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Fluent English communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and oversee the design process from conception to completion
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet client needs and specifications
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the design process
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management
