Architecture Manager - Jerusalem, Israel
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with their vision.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications for accuracy and technical feasibility.
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project.
- Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections throughout the construction process.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect or Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
Other Requirements:
This position is suitable for men with experience in architecture management. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who require it. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Israel.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
