Job Title: Facade Technician



We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior surfaces of buildings, including walls, windows, and doors. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade maintenance and repair
- Proficient in English language
- Ability to work without accommodation
- Valid visa for working in Jerusalem (visa sponsorship available)
- Open to all nationalities with relevant experience

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any damages or potential issues
- Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on exterior surfaces, including cleaning, painting, and sealing
- Install new facade elements as needed, such as windows and doors
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of facade materials and techniques for maintenance and repair
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English
