Plasterer

A reputable construction company in Herzliya is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster, stucco, and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in order to create a smooth and durable finish.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios
- Apply plaster or stucco using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand tools or mechanical tools
- Create decorative finishes by texturing or shaping the surface of the plaster
- Repair any damaged areas or imperfections in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Strong knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their applications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for precise workmanship
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials as needed
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary of 1200$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Preference will be given to Indian candidates with experience in plastering. Freshers without experience are also welcome to apply.
