Floral Designer


We are a well-established flower shop in Al Ahmadi, seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements based on clients' preferences and requests
- Purchase and arrange flowers, plants, and other materials needed for the designs
- Maintain inventory of all floral supplies and ensure their quality
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide suggestions for suitable arrangements
- Follow trends in the floral industry to offer innovative designs
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients' preferred locations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Strong knowledge of different flowers, plants, and their characteristics
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Floriculture or related field is an added advantage
- Knowledge of different flower arranging techniques such as bouquet making, wreath making, etc.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles for managing financial transactions

This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month without accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.
