Administrator for Egyptian National in Ar Rumaythiyah
Our company is currently seeking an Administrator for our office in Ar Rumaythiyah. This is a full time position with a salary of 1200$. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national with no English language skills required. No previous experience is necessary as training will be provided. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will also be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Egyptian nationality
- Fluent in Arabic (No English language skills required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
