IT Manager - Jerusalem, Israel


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations of our company. This includes managing the IT team, implementing and maintaining technology systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives
- Monitor network performance and ensure data security
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Evaluate current systems and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and database management
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $1300 per month based on qualifications and experience.
