IT Manager - Jerusalem, Israel


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Jerusalem, Israel. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our company's information technology department. Your main duties will include managing our network and computer systems, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, and providing technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our network and computer systems.
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees on various IT-related issues.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems.
- Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular backups of data to prevent loss or damage.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to recommend upgrades or new systems as needed.
- Train employees on proper use of software applications.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware or software purchases or repairs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the company.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position based in Jerusalem. This position is suitable for men who meet the above requirements. English proficiency is preferred but not required. This job does not include accommodation.
