Entry-Level Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Architectural Technologist in Abu Dhabi. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and engineers to assist in the design, development, and construction of various projects. This position does not require English proficiency but strong communication skills are preferred. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Accommodation will also be provided for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Work with architects and engineers to develop architectural plans and designs
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and models
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to plans
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials and equipment
- Assist in project coordination and management
- Keep updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of CAD software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic proficiency preferred)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Physically able to conduct on-site visits

Salary: 1200$ per month
