We are hiring a Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in both English and Arabic. Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate information about products or services
- Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information
- Ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns by following up on pending issues
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals set by management
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Salary: 1600$ per month
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (with accommodation provided)
