We are in search of a skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a seasonal restaurant in Kaunas. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations. Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that are both innovative and appealing to customers
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team
- Creative approach to menu planning with knowledge of current food trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations

Salary:
This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the season.

Preference:
Filipino candidates are preferred but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. English speaking ability is required.
