Executive Chef at Remish
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Remish. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to motivate and guide our kitchen staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that meet customer preferences and budgetary requirements
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events and special menus
- Manage budgetary concerns related to food costs and labor expenses
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also adhering to traditional favorites
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. This job does not offer accommodation or provide visa sponsorship.
