We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Remish. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring high-quality service and a positive customer experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained restaurant environment
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback
- Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budget planning and cost analysis

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets
- Must have a valid biometric passport (or be willing to obtain one)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month plus benefits. Accommodation will also be provided for the right candidate.
