Restaurant Manager for International Cuisine in Remish

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our international cuisine restaurant in Remish. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare reports on sales, profitability, staff performance, etc.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Knowledge of international cuisine is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $1400 per month
