We are hiring a skilled handyman to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, fixing leaks, and replacing light fixtures
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures and appliances
- Install new fixtures such as cabinets, doors, and windows
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide quality service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (Filipino language proficiency is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. The schedule may vary depending on project deadlines.
