Senior Architect


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design, from initial concept to final construction. You will work closely with clients and project managers to ensure that the design meets their needs and expectations while adhering to budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure the design is feasible and complies with building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Mentor and supervise junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and codes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Architect in Israel
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Salary: $1800 per month
