Trainee Barista

As a Trainee Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while learning the art of coffee making. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals without prior experience in the field. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for those with their own visa or freshers looking to kickstart their career as a barista. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced baristas and receive on-the-job training to become a skilled coffee maker. This position is based in Muharraq, Bahrain.

As a Trainee Barista, your duties will include taking orders, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the coffee bar, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for handling cash transactions and maintaining inventory levels. Your main goal will be to provide customers with high-quality drinks while ensuring a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and work well under pressure. Previous experience in customer service or food service industry is preferred but not required. A passion for coffee making and willingness to learn is essential.
