Nurse Manager


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee our healthcare team in Doha. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating all nursing activities within our facility. Your duties will include managing staff schedules, monitoring patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Proven leadership skills and previous experience in a management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and policies
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Egyptian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff
- Monitor patient care to ensure it meets established standards of practice
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
- Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Conduct regular meetings with nursing staff to discuss any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to nursing activities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies at all times
