Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various projects in the city of Clairvaux. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and collaborate with a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and development by creating detailed proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals for each project
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Review project plans and designs to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget and timeline
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or management role
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills for effectively collaborating with clients and team members
- Proven leadership skills in managing projects from concept through completion
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural design software

Salary: $1500 per month (contract job)

Location: Clairvaux

Nationality: Egyptian (preference)

Experience: No experience required (suitable for beginners)
