Architectural Technologist

We are a fast-growing architectural firm based in Wiltz and we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our architects and designers, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Assist with the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate drawings
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve any technical issues or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company.
