Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Maintain and update files and records
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
