Indian Administrator in St. Petersburg
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrator to join our team in St. Petersburg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating schedules, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an administrator and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This full-time position pays a salary of 1400$ per month and requires the candidate to have their own visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Communicate with clients and colleagues via phone, email, and in-person
- Handle any administrative tasks assigned by management
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Must be Indian with valid work permit or visa for St. Petersburg
