As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in commercial or residential properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and other mechanical equipment.
- Install fixtures such as shelves, blinds, and curtains.
- Perform carpentry work including framing, drywall installation, and furniture repair.
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
- Handle basic landscaping tasks such as mowing lawns and trimming shrubs.
- Respond to emergency repair requests promptly.
- Keep track of supplies and equipment inventory.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Handyman.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read building plans and blueprints.
- Good communication skills in Hindi or any Indian language.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
