Handyman/ Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Riyadh. As a Handyman/Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facility. This includes fixing plumbing and electrical issues, performing basic carpentry work, and maintaining the overall appearance of the building. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills. This is an urgent position that offers a competitive salary of 1200$ with visa sponsorship. However, English language proficiency is not required. Indian nationals with a valid work visa and without accommodation preference are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the building is safe and well-maintained
- Install new fixtures, appliances, or equipment as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
- Keep inventory of tools and supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician
- Solid understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry principles
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with staff members and residents from diverse backgrounds
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Valid work visa for Saudi Arabia (Indian nationals preferred)
