Land Surveyor

A reputable real estate company in Medina is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our growing team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing and maintaining maps and reports, and providing accurate measurements for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment and techniques
- Prepare and maintain accurate maps, plats, and reports
- Provide precise measurements for construction projects
- Research property records to determine boundaries and ownership
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project accuracy
- Manage survey crew members and delegate tasks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and data collectors
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Salary: $1500 per month
