Teamlead for International Development Projects in Acre, Israel
We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our international development projects team in Acre, Israel. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project development and implementation. This includes leading a diverse team, coordinating with stakeholders and partners, and ensuring project goals and objectives are met within budget and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals from diverse backgrounds in the successful implementation of international development projects
- Develop project plans and strategies in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project cycle
- Manage project budget, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and other relevant parties
- Mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure their professional growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. international development, business administration)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing international development projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a multi-cultural team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Nepali is a plus)
- Proven track record of successful project management within budget and timeline constraints
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Agile or Scrum is preferred
This is a contract position with an attractive salary package of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract. This is an urgent requirement so interested candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
