Personal Trainer

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in El-Ain. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans for clients, monitoring their progress, and providing them with guidance and support to help them reach their fitness goals. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels. The ideal candidate will have a certification in personal training, experience working with diverse populations, and a passion for helping others lead healthier lives. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. Accommodation will not be provided.

As a Personal Trainer, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, fitness level, and any limitations.
- Creating customized workout plans that address the individual needs of each client.
- Demonstrating proper exercise techniques and providing modifications as needed.
- Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting their workouts accordingly.
- Providing ongoing support, motivation, and education to clients to help them stay on track.
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress.
- Ensuring the safety of all clients by following proper protocols for equipment use and sanitation.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new research in health and fitness.

Requirements:

- Certification in personal training from an accredited organization.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a personal trainer.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and exercise science.
- Experience working with diverse populations including beginners, athletes, seniors, etc.
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals.
- Basic knowledge of injury prevention techniques.
- A passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
