Office Manager - Jerusalem, Israel
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Indian national with no English language requirement, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month and visa sponsorship provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely re-orders when necessary
- Oversee all administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling phone calls
- Maintain records and databases, including employee files and financial documents
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and processing payroll
- Plan company events and activities to boost team morale and promote a positive work culture
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid work permit in Israel
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative or office management role is an asset but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
