Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al-Malikiyah. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the restaurant, from managing staff and handling customer service to controlling costs and maintaining high standards of food quality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations including staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing complaints or concerns promptly.
- Create effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items and specials.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for upper management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
