Junior Accountant


As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and performing routine accounting tasks. You will work closely with the senior accountant and other members of the finance team to ensure all financial processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of financial transactions
- Performing routine accounting tasks such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial documents
- Assisting with month-end close procedures
- Preparing journal entries and posting to the general ledger
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Participating in audits and providing support for audit requests
- Communicating with clients or vendors regarding financial matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an accounting role or internship
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
