Part-Time Moderator (Filipino)


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Moderator to join our team in Acre. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of content on our platform. Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content to ensure it meets our community guidelines and standards
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve moderation processes

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation

Requirements:
- Fluency in Filipino language (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred but not required

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Acre, making it ideal for those living in or near the city. However, we are open to remote work for candidates who meet all other requirements.
