Moderator/Online Content Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Moderator/Online Content Manager to join our team in Acre. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that online content meets the company's standards and guidelines. This is a contract job, perfect for Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English and looking for an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the field of online content management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on various platforms, including social media, forums, and websites.
- Review and moderate comments, posts, and messages according to company policies.
- Ensure that all content is appropriate, relevant, and adheres to legal regulations.
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving user engagement.
- Keep track of industry trends and best practices in online content moderation.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Comfortable working with technology platforms and social media tools.
- Previous experience in online content moderation is preferred but not required.
This is an ideal role for students or individuals without previous work experience as training will be provided. We offer competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the company. Candidates must have their own visa and accommodation arrangements.
