Office Assistant (English-speaking, Full-time with Accommodation) - Abu-Dhabi
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As an English-speaking office, preference will be given to candidates from Canada or Kenya, but all nationalities are welcome to apply. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. They should also have basic computer skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly attitude
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing and filing documents
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Assist with preparing presentations or reports as needed
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly attitude with a willingness to learn
Salary: $1000/month
