Baker - Full Time



We are currently seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Vilnius. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Ensure high quality standards are met for all products
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for optimal baking results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and fulfilling special orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is required
- Must have strong knowledge of different types of breads and pastries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be willing to work full-time including weekends and holidays
