Information Security Analyst

Our company, a leading technology firm in Kaunas, is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's sensitive information and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor network activity for potential security breaches and investigate any suspicious incidents
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper configuration and maintenance of security systems
- Conduct employee training on information security best practices
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and recommend necessary measures to mitigate risks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in information security roles
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, databases, and web applications
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST or GDPR
- Experience with vulnerability management tools
- Excellent communication skills in English
