IT Manager



We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity in case of system failure or disaster
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend new technologies that could benefit the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Proven track record of successful project management and implementation of new technologies
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with vendors and negotiating contracts
This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Indian candidates are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
