Indian Information Technology Manager in Clairvaux


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Information Technology Manager to join our company in Clairvaux. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of all systems and data
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new technologies to increase efficiency
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or changes as necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills in English (French language skills are a plus)
- Must be authorized to work in Clairvaux without sponsorship

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month along with accommodation.
