Data-Analytics Specialist
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (Filipinos and Kenyans preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data-Analytics Specialist to join our team in Siauliai. As a specialist in data analysis, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and patterns. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and organizing data from various sources
- Analyzing large sets of data using statistical methods and software
- Identifying trends, patterns, and insights from the data
- Creating visual representations of data through charts, graphs, and dashboards
- Communicating findings to stakeholders using non-technical language
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R and Python
- Experience with SQL or other database languages
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with biometric passport data or other sensitive information is an asset.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus.
