Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Siauliai. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. You must have prior experience in data analysis and be proficient in using analytical tools and software. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be presenting your findings to stakeholders. The salary for this position is $1300 per month and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Develop predictive models and algorithms
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau or Python
- Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Availability to relocate to Siauliai

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with large datasets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlikview
- Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Java
