Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Kaunas. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, from planning to execution. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep it on track
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience using project management software/tools is preferred

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. Pakistani candidates who are fluent in English are highly preferred. Malayalee candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. This is not an English-speaking role so no English proficiency is required.
