Job Title: Equipment Operator

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Herzliya. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment used for construction, excavation, and transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, loaders, and trucks
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks
- Read and interpret construction plans to complete projects accurately
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and report any issues or concerns to supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Equipment Operator in a construction or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of various types of heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary: $1200 per month
