Project Manager

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Siauliai! As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project development, from initiation to completion. Your main duties will include creating project plans, setting timelines and budgets, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A degree in project management or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Allocate resources and monitor progress
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Identify and address any potential risks or issues
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Prepare regular reports on project status for management
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
