We are a leading retail company seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Bayan. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, ensuring effective inventory management, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement product displays in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement.
- Develop relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Train sales associates on product knowledge and display techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail management.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
