Facade Installation Technician


We are a leading construction company in Vianden seeking a skilled Facade Installation Technician to join our team. As a specialist in facades, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of exterior building cladding and architectural features. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain various types of exterior cladding systems, including curtain walls, stone cladding, metal panels, and more.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the correct installation procedures.
- Measure and cut materials to precise dimensions using hand and power tools.
- Install insulation, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, and other components as needed.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper coordination of work.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a neat worksite.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or trade school training in facade installation preferred.
- Proven experience in facade installation or similar construction trade.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vianden (open to candidates from any nationality)
