Executive Chef - Nepali Cuisine (Vianden, Luxembourg)



We are in search of an experienced Executive Chef specializing in Nepali cuisine to join our team at a high-end restaurant in the beautiful city of Vianden, Luxembourg. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Nepali kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create authentic Nepali dishes that meet our restaurant's standards and exceed customer expectations
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment according to health and safety standards
- Create new menu items and update existing ones based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for cost control and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant specializing in Nepali cuisine
- Proven track record of creating innovative dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- In-depth knowledge of Nepali cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Eligible to work in Luxembourg

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
