IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Kaunas. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, identifying and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency, and ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Identify areas for improvement in our current systems and implement new technologies
- Ensure the security and reliability of our information technology systems
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware and software systems
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend updates to our systems
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and services procurement
- Train employees on how to use new systems or technologies effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Kaunas (candidates from other cities will also be considered)
Employment type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
Nationality preference: Indian (candidates from other nationalities will also be considered)
Language requirement: Fluent English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
