IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Vilnius, managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems, as well as managing a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware (servers, routers, switches) and software (operating systems, applications)
- Manage the company's network infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient connectivity
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly to safeguard against potential disasters
- Stay updated on new technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or changes as needed
- Work closely with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech staff
- Proven project management experience with ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1200$ per month.

This is a full-time job open for Egyptians or Nepalis. No prior experience required. Candidates must have their own visa. We welcome female applicants who are passionate about technology.
