We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating detailed maps and plans of land areas for construction projects. This position requires strong technical and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in land surveying and be familiar with surveying equipment and software. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land areas using specialized equipment
- Analyze data to create accurate maps and plans
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project progress
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Previous experience in land surveying (preferably 1+ years)
- Familiarity with surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, etc.
- Proficiency in using surveying software (AutoCAD, ArcGIS, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
